Hi! I’m Elodie Arnouk.
I help organizations navigate AI, human transformation, and cultural change — through strategy, research, and creative tools.
I am a strategy director, community builder, (UX) researcher and former Tech for Good entrepreneur, working at the intersection of Organizational Transformation and User Experience, with a growing research focus on how people respond to endings, uncertainty, and transition inside organizations.
About me
I’m currently the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at 2050NOW – La Maison (Paris, France), where I lead the team that foresees strategic partnerships with leading organizations to accompany their transformation journeys, and initiatives such as the AI & Future of Work DoTank — producing C-level briefings, employee acculturation programs, AI maturity assessments, and responsible-use frameworks rooted in real behaviors and change dynamics.
With a background in UX design (Gobelins Paris), international relations, and extensive experience in business strategy, management, and innovation consulting, I bring together design thinking, behavioral insights, transition management, and executive-level advisory.
Alongside my professional role, I teach the Fundamentals of AI & Creativity in 5 MBA programs at EFAP Paris.
Wherever I give my time and attention, my ambition is to connect innovation, strategy, and impact to help individuals and organizations navigate transitions—technological, cultural, and human—with clarity and confidence.

Launched in August 2020 to offer a simple alternative response to the desire of Lyon residents to get involved locally during COVID-19, “Je fais ma B-A” (i.e. “I'm doing my bit”) is a free 1 min online quiz that lists around a hundred local initiatives, allowing users to find one (or more!) based on their interests, availability, and means. It allows you to “start somewhere,” without obligation, and above all, to do so within your means.
To this day, JefaismaBA.fr still welcomes 500+ visitors/month.

This research project explored why volunteer engagement is declining post-Covid in a context where distrust has become the default social emotion. Over a course of 8 months, I analyzed how volunteering behaviors have evolved and conducted interviews with non-profits of all sizes, active volunteers, former volunteers, and people who never volunteered.
By combining UX methods with insights from HR and marketing, I identified that the core challenge was not recruiting volunteers but sustaining their motivation/engagement over time.
This work led to a practical, open-source guide designed to help non-profits improve onboarding, training, community animation, overall volunteer experience and most importantly, off-boarding experience. This tool has since been further tested in the field and made freely available to support organizations in rebuilding trust and long-term engagement.

TrainTrain is the first media to take place aboard a train. We offer travel playlists that last the duration of a journey, (train) windows to the world to focus/contemplate while working, and a place to gather slow travel enthusiasts.
We gather audiences in the search of a slower pace, good music, great stories and amazing views.
